How to Dissolve PVA Powder in Water:

PVA does not dissolve in cold water. Follow these steps for best results:

General Ratio: 2–10% PVA in water (Example: 50 g PVA + 950 g water for 5% solution)

Dissolving Steps:

1. Heat water to 80-90°C (do not boil).
2. Slowly sprinkle PVA powder while stirring.
3. Keep at temperature until the solution turns fully clear.
4. Cool before use.

Tips:

• Add slowly to avoid clumps.
• Use mechanical stirring for faster mixing.
• For thick grades, start with a lower % concentration.

• Adding powder too quickly, causes clumps that won’t dissolve.
