• Accurate Mixing: Ensure the 2:1 ratio is accurate. Less than 2% hardener will cause improper curing.
• Use a Weight Scale: Mixing by volume will result in flexible resin.
• Avoid Large Batches: Mixing over 1kg can generate excessive heat, causing rapid curing and potential fire hazards. It may also lead to yellowing and an unusable product.
• Thorough Mixing: Mix two parts thoroughly to avoid a sticky, improperly cured epoxy.
• Humidity Control: Avoid high humidity (over 75%) to ensure proper curing.
