Uvitex OB, also known as Tinopal OB, is a highly effective optical brightener widely used to enhance brightness and whiteness. It absorbs ultraviolet (UV) light in the 340–370 nm range and re-emits visible blue light (420–470 nm). This creates a cleaner, brighter appearance in plastics, coatings, and inks.
