For existing orders:

  • Payments made by 1:00 PM will be dispatched in time for the Christmas holidays.
  • Payments made after 1:00 PM will be dispatched on 1st January 2025.

පවතින ඇණවුම් සඳහා:

  • ප.ව. 1.00 ට කරන ලද ගෙවීම් නත්තල් නිවාඩුව සඳහා නියමිත වේලාවට යවනු ලැබේ.
  • ප.ව. 1:00 න් පසු කරන ලද ගෙවීම් 2025 ජනවාරි 1 වැනි දින කුරියර් සේවාවව වෙත ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.

Welcome to ARTLAND.LK (Previously ARTNCRAFT.LK), a part of Techshop Lanka. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  • බැංකු තැන්පතු සාමාන්‍ය ව්‍යාපාරික වේලාවන් තුළ පැය 24ක් ඇතුළත තහවුරු කරනු ලැබේ, ව්‍යාපාරික වේලාවෙන් පිටත හෝ සති අන්තයේ කරන ලද තැන්පතු ඊළඟ වැඩ කරන දිනයේදී දිනයේදී තහවුරු කරයි.
  • බෙදාහැරීම සිදුවන්නේ ඇනවුමේ මුළු මුදල බැංකු තැන්පතුවෙන් පසුව පමණක් වන අතර, තෙවන පාර්ශවීය කුරියර් සේවා මගින් ඉටු කරනු ලැබේ.
  • භාරදීම සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ලැබීමට වැඩ කරන දින 2-4ක් ගතවේ. කෙසේ වෙතත්, අපගේ පාලනයෙන් ඔබ්බට ඇති සාධක (තොග ගැටළු, අයහපත් කාලගුණය, තෙවන පාර්ශවීය කුරියර් සේවා ගැටළු සහ වෙනත් සිදුවීම්) හේතුවෙන් බෙදා හැරීම වැඩ කරන දින 7ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයකින් ප්‍රමාද විය හැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
  • මුදල් ගෙවීමේ විකල්පයක් ලෙස (COD) ලබා ගත නොහැක.
  • අපි හදිසි ඇනවුම් බර නොගැනේ. ඔබට හදිසි ඇණවුමක් තිබේ නම්, කරුණාකර බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා ඇණවුමක් නොකරන්න. ඒ වෙනුවට, කරුණාකර පෙර විධිවිධානයක් මත අපගේ කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කිරීමට අප අමතන්න.
  • සදුදා උදේ 9.00 (පෙව) සහ අනිකුත් සතියේ දිනවල 12:00 ට (දහවල්)* පෙර (WhatsApp හරහා තහවුරු කරන ලද ගෙවීම්) ඇණවුම් එදිනම කුරියර් සේවාවට ලබාදෙනු ඇත. සදුදා උදේ 9.00 පසු, සහ අනිකුත් සතියේ දිනයන්හි දහවල් 12.00 න් පසු කරන ලද ඇනවුම් ඊළඟ වැඩ කරන දිනයේ කුරියර් කරනු ලැබේ.
    * අපි නියමිත වේලාවට ඇණවුම් යැවීමට ඉලක්ක කරන අතර, අනපේක්ෂිත තත්වයන් හෝ අපගේ පාලනයෙන් තොර ගැටළු ප්‍රමාද වීමට හේතු විය හැක. ඔබගේ අවබෝධය අපි අගය කරන අතර ඕනෑම වෙනස්කමක් ඉක්මනින් සන්නිවේදනය කරන්නෙමු.

1. Product Descriptions, Images & Quality
  • Please read our product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and specifications on our website. However, we cannot guarantee complete absence of errors.
  • In case of incorrect pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
  • Products undergo quality checks before shipment, but minor flaws may exist. We ship only products that we consider acceptable.
  • Please note that images and colors may not precisely match the actual product.
  • Please read carefully the description, measurement & product specifications of the item(s) you are buying, to ensure they meet your needs.
2. Online Ordering, & In-Store Purchasing.
  • Online Ordering (Delivery & Pick Ups):
    • You can place orders through our website, Artland.lk. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number, which you will need for any future communication regarding your order.
    • Online orders can be made in two ways:
    • Delivery (Courier) Orders: Once your payment is confirmed (COD NOT Available), we will arrange for a courier service to deliver your order to your doorstep. An additional courier fee will apply.
    • Pick-Up Orders: Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange it for pick-up the next working day. In urgent situations, you can inform us when placing your order, and we can arrange for immediate pick-up, usually within 1 hour.
  • In-Store Purchasing
    • All products displayed on our Artland.lk website can be purchased in-store. Due to limited display space and the variety of products, we recommend bringing the product code or an image for easier identification.
    • Our stock is managed online; if the website indicates a product is "out of stock," it may not be available in-store. Additionally, there may be a delay between website updates and in-store availability due to online orders.

3. Dispatch Schedule:

  • Orders placed and confirmed before 9:00 AM on Mondays and 12:00 PM on other weekdays will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • While we aim to dispatch orders on time, unforeseen circumstances or stock issues beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Delivery
  • Delivery is handled by third-party courier services and typically takes 2-4 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances such as stock issues, inclement weather, or courier delays may cause delivery to be delayed by up to 7 working days or more.
  • Urgent orders are not accepted for delivery. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to arrange for pick-up from our office.

5. Delivery Time frame:

  • We aim to deliver your orders the next working day. However, delivery may take 2-3 business days, depending on the courier service, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please be aware that during peak periods, such as New Year, Christmas, and extended public holidays, delivery times may be longer due to the increased volume of orders.
  • Couriers are required to contact you before delivery to confirm that someone will be available to receive the order and, if necessary, to obtain directions if the location is difficult to find. Failure to contact you may result in delayed delivery or the package being held at the courier's branch.

6. Pick Me Flash Delivery:

  • We are unable to arrange Pick Me Flash delivery directly due to reliability issues, limited available times, and the requirement to hand over orders roadside, which is challenging given our shop's location on the 3rd floor and staff availability during busy times.
  • Alternative Option: If you arrange the order and make the payment in advance, you can notify us to prepare the order for Pick Me Flash. Once the order is ready, we will notify you to arrange the pickup. Please note the following conditions:
    • The Pick Me driver must collect the package from our 3rd-floor shop as we cannot hand over the package roadside.
    • Do not arrange for pickup before we confirm that the order is ready. Any premature pickups will be canceled.
    • If the driver refuses to collect the package from the shop, we will cancel the order and provide a refund.
  • Uber Delivery: We cannot comply with Uber's terms of service and therefore do not offer/hand over to Uber delivery.
 
7. Payment and Cancellation - More Details on Payment Details & Payment Policy
  • Bank deposits will be processed within 24 hours during weekdays. Deposits made outside of business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
  • Cash on delivery is NOT available as a payment method.
  • We only accept bank deposits or transfers.
  • Payment is due within 3 working days of placing an order. Failure to make payment within this period may result in order cancellation.
  • Cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund. Cancellations after shipment may incur return courier fee and packaging fees.

8. Returns and Refunds - More Details on Returns & Refunds
  • Returns due to faulty products will be accepted within the warranty period. Refunds or replacements will be provided accordingly.
  • Returns due to order mistakes or change of mind require inspection at our office for a refund.
  • There will be only 1 return/refund delivery attempt by the courier. After this attempt, returns or refunds must be collected from our office.
9. Delivery Restrictions
  • Certain areas may have limited or no delivery services available.
  • Deliveries to specific locations such as industrial zones or buildings with security restrictions may be affected.
  • We do not deliver during quarantine curfew periods imposed by authorities.
10. Limited License and Usage
  • Users are granted a limited license to access and use our website for personal purposes only.
  • Commercial use, reproduction, or modification of our site content without permission is prohibited.
11. Contact and Dispute Resolution: For any issues with deliveries or products, please contact us first for resolution.

12. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.

13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
