Candle Making with Premium Soy Wax (Pure, Dry Type)

Discover the craft of candle making with our Unscented Dry Soy Wax, available in packs of 250g, 500g, 1kg or bulk. Enjoy some of the lowest prices for soy wax in Sri Lanka while working with a reliable, natural wax that’s perfect for structured candles and hot-climate storage.

Made from natural vegetable sources, this harder soy wax is renewable, eco-friendly, and offers excellent stability. Compared to oily soy wax (best for container candles with stronger scent throw), dry soy wax is harder and cleaner, making it especially suitable for pillar candles, wax melts, and molded shapes where strength and definition are important.

With a melting point around 50–55 °C, it provides good structure, less sweating, and better performance in warmer environments. While its fragrance throw is lighter than oily soy wax, it delivers a clean appearance and dependable results for professional and hobbyist candle makers alike.

Difference Between Dry & Oily Soy Wax

  1. Dry Soy Wax: Harder with a higher melting point, ideal for pillar candles, molded shapes, and wax melts. Offers good structure but lighter scent throw.
  2. Oily Soy Wax: Softer and creamier, perfect for container candles. Gives a smooth finish, stronger fragrance throw, and better glass adhesion.

  • Harder flakes with better shape retention
  • Reduced sweating or oil seepage compared to oily soy wax
  • Clean white appearance with smooth finish
  • Shelf-stable in warm climates
  • Burns cleaner than paraffin wax
