Return & Refund Policies

Fraudulent Claims Alert: At Artland.lk, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. However, we have encountered instances of fraudulent orders, particularly concerning silicone molds, where customers falsely claim that the product is damaged upon first use, seeking refunds under the guise of receiving defective items. Please be advised that such deceptive practices will not be tolerated.

At Artland.lk, our commitment is to provide you with exceptional products and services. We understand that occasionally, situations may arise where a return or cancellation becomes necessary. Here's how we handle such instances:

  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders: If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains the wrong product, or is incomplete, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the goods. We require the damaged items to be returned to us for inspection before any refunds or replacements can be processed. We take this measure to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Products: Should you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong item, we accept returns provided that the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Please inform our team, and we will guide you through the return process.
  • Cancellation of Orders: To cancel an order, please inform our team before we dispatch your order. Once dispatched, additional fees may apply.

Re-Send Procedure:

  •     Damaged or incorrect products: We will either resend the items or provide a refund if the product is out of stock.
  •     Damaged products: Return the item (we cover return fees) for a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.
  •     Incorrectly sent products: Return the item (we cover return fees) for a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.
  •     Missing items or incorrect quantities: We will resend the missing items or refund the amount if the product is out of stock.

Return Policies

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns for chemicals or any packing items purchased through our website.
  • Cancellation of Orders: Orders made online must be canceled by informing our team before dispatch, preferably by phone or WhatsApp, before 3.00 pm.
  • Return Logistics: Customers can arrange returns after delivery using a courier or postal service, bearing the return courier or postage fees. Some items may have restrictions on return options.

Restocking/Return Fee: The item must be returned in brand-new condition. If the product has been used or tested, it can no longer be resold as new. In such cases, an additional fee of 20-50% (depending on the condition) will be charged to clean, repackage, and resell the item at a discount.

Return Procedure:

  • Use a traceable carrier for returns and exchanges; we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without a tracking number.
  • All products must be returned in their original undamaged retail packaging within 7 days of delivery. Products not meeting this condition may be rejected for return, and return courier fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Artland.lk does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to goods during transit.
  • Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected, and credit may be refused at our discretion.

Refund:
For damaged products, we offer either exchanges or refunds. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5 working days after the returned product is received. Customers must provide bank account details, and upon deposit, a screenshot of the transaction will be sent via WhatsApp.
