Gypsum Powder (Calcium Sulfate) - Technical Grade
Our technical grade gypsum powder is a fine, high-purity calcium sulfate hemihydrate widely used in industrial and construction applications. It is ideal for mold making, casting, filler use, and as a raw material in cement, plaster, and other building materials.
When to Choose Plaster of Paris Instead: While gypsum is ideal for wall coatings, sculpture bases, and bulk applications, some projects require more precision. Plaster of Paris is a refined form of gypsum that sets quickly and captures fine details, making it perfect for casting, moulding, and model making. If you need a smoother, faster-setting option, check out our Plaster of Paris (Fine Casting Grade).
