Shipping Local Delivery Policy (within Sri Lanka)

Welcome to our island-wide delivery service! We're committed to ensuring your items reach you promptly and securely. Here's what you need to know about our delivery process:

• The delivery date may vary based on the delivery partner, location, method, and the items ordered.
• Processing and dispatching orders may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, special events, bad weather, social unrest & other restrictions.

Average Time-frame:
Colombo City Limits: 01-03 working days
Suburbs: 02-03 working days
Outstation: 02-05 working days

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

1. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout stage. Should you make any modifications to a confirmed order, the courier fee will be re-evaluated to ensure accuracy.

2. Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your orders the next working day. However, delivery may take 2-3 business days, depending on the courier service, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During peak periods, such as New Year, Christmas, and extended public holidays, delivery times may be longer due to the increased volume of orders.

3. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there are instances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include situations such as:

• Courier Communication: If our courier service is unable to reach you for delivery, they will attempt to contact you before proceeding. Failure to respond may result in a delay, and after two days of unsuccessful attempts, the courier will notify us. We will then make further attempts to contact you. If all efforts fail, the order will be returned to us, and re-sending will incur additional fees.
• Special/Seasonal Times: During peak seasons, such as holidays, our courier services may experience high demand, leading to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
• Factors Beyond Control: External factors like inclement weather, social unrest, or quarantine situations may also impact delivery schedules. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any disruptions.

4. Failed Delivery and Return Policy

• If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to being unable to contact the customer or the customer being unavailable within the accepted time period, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we incur a return courier fee.
• For refunds, this return courier fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and the balance will be refunded to you.
• If you choose to have the package resent, you will be charged both the return courier fee and the re-sending courier fee.

5. Cash On Delivery: Currently, COD is NOT available.

6. Bank Deposit Orders: Handled by PromptXP (Island Wide) or Speedline (Colombo, to Wadduwa ... Limited Area)  Courier Services.
    Colombo & Main Towns: 2-3 Days
    Rural Areas: 2-4 Days

7. Third Party Courier Services:

• We collaborate with reliable and trusted shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, typically excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
• A signature is required upon receipt, along with your name, ID number, and the date and time of delivery.
• While we strive to accommodate special delivery requests, this may result in additional delays beyond our standard delivery times.

8. Delivery Fee Estimates: When you place an order, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days* based on item availability and the courier option you select. Here is a general estimate of the delivery fee: (Include specific delivery fee information table here.)
